We have totally revamped our Return and Refunds policy, and have made it super easy for customers to return items, and get refunds if they are not happy with the product for any reason:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of receiving it, and get a full refund.
Please note the following:
- For a refund to be processed, the product should be in its original packaging, including all accessories and should be in a state where it can be sold again as a new item. All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the return.
- Unless you receive a damaged item, or an item different from what you ordered, it would be your responsibility to ship the item to our Delhi address, and ensure it reaches us safely without any transit damage.
- In case you receive a damaged item, or an item different than what you ordered, you would need to inform us over email or though the Customer Service Form about the same, no later than 48. We will get the item picked through FedEx. In case FedEx does not have a pickup or delivery service at your location, we would request you to ship the item yourself, and we will refund you the actual cost of shipping.
- Order Cancellation can be done only if the item has not already been shipped to you. In case the item is shipped, you would need to receive it and initiate a Return process.
